Cottage. C16. Timber frame with C19 flint encasement and brick dressings; plain
tile roof with central ridge stack. 2 storeys with outshot to rear. Mullion and
transom window, diamond pattern leaded lights, 2 across the first floor; planked and
studded door off centre in moulded brick surround with drip hood above. The letter W
picked out in stone over the entrance. Interior has deep brick fireplace.
