(Regency House)


House. Early C19 with C20 shopfront below. Rendered with parapet hiding slate roof,
caped gables; end stack to left. 2 storeys 4 bays with recessed bay to end right.
First floor sash windows with gothic head glazing bars; 3 bays and shopfront ground
floor left. Two outer bars and central pedimented doorway with single lotus capitals
to columns supporting an all over modillion cornice. Rectangular fanlight to glazed
door. House entrance in right hand bay with arched raised surround; panelled door
with C19 circle and teardrop fanlight.
