Cottage. Late C16 2 bay end chimneystack house refronted in C19. Timber framed,
ground floor refronted in Flemish bond brickwork, the 1st floor tile hung. Old
tiled, roof, half hipped to right with end external brick stack. 2 storeys and attic;
2 windows. C19 casements and 4 panelled door. C19 lean-to to left. Interior:lounge
has central spine beams, chamfered with lambs tongue stop and-chamfered floor joists
with similar stops. 1st floor has original floorboards and spire beam with lambs
tongue stops and similar floor joists and late C19 frigate. Attic has original
floorboards and roof with through purlins and angled queen struts. 1 diagonal tension
brace is visible.
