House with later shop on ground floor. Mid C18. Lime washed with tiled roof
hipped at both ends. Chimneys on rear. Two storeys. Front elevation, five
sash windows with some glazing bars intact to No 53A. Verticals only to No 54.
No 53A has a doorcase with pediment on console brackets, moulded architraves and
6 panelled door and plinth. Later shop fronts.
