The description shall be amended to read:-

Butcher's shop with accommodation over. Mid C19; butcher's shop late C19 - early
C20, altered late C20. Yellow brick in irregular flemish bond, Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 3 bays. On ground floor C20 plate-glass shop windows flank half-glazed
double shop door; below windows are colourful tile panels and tiled pilasters flank
door; above windows and door are vertical metal-grilled ventilation panels; C20
fascia board; boarded end pilasters surmounted by fluted corbels to either side
of awning housing. lst and 2nd floors have C1980 2-pane windows on 2nd floor shorter
and with blind 9-pane sash to centre all under flat brick arches. Plat band to
2nd floor. Hipped roof with stack at left side. Interior: very fine shop interior,
the rear and side walls having coloured tiles, with a brown-tile "dado" and colourful
band below yellow tile panels, painted with cattle and pigs, which have multi-colour
tiled borders and vine trail frieze. Projecting from rear wall is full-height
canted bay with pay counter flanked by narrow minors and with leaded overlight
having some stained glass and central pane painted with rural scene. The ship
front and interior are an unusual survival and a fine example of its type.

Three windows on each floor, one being original 9-pane sash, others replacements.
Original shop front of glazed tiles brown, blue, white and yellow. Cast iron
vertical grilles and central door. Fascia partly replaced.
