House. Late C18. Red brick walls with blue headers. Cambered arches to
openings. Concrete tile roof. Two storeys. Front elevation central door,
flush beaded panels. Each side a 12-pane sash window with slender glazing bars.
Two similar windows on first floor. Phoenix fire insurance plaque. Rear
elevation, 4-pane sash windows. C20 single storey extension. Included for
group value.
