Formerly coach-house to the Old House, including gate piers with ball finials
and linking garden walls. C18. Brick walls with parapet on west side only.
Hipped tiled roof. Rendered end wall. Two storeys. West front, central
shallow projection with pediment and band course and semicircular headed opening
On ground floor central opening now filled with 18-pane sash window and side
lights and sash windows on each side and door. On first floor two small pane
sash windows on each side. Garden wall extending to Clarence Cottage.
