Hotel C19, altered. Rendered walls, slate roof behind balustraded parapet. Two storeys, three bays. Entrance front: Central entrance porch with coupled Tuscan pilasters supporting entablature. Flanking canted bay windows with balustraded parapets. First floor: three square sash windows with stucco architraves. Garden front: rendered corner pilasters on ground floor, three small pane French windows with fanlights. First floor, two four-pane sash windows with blind boxes. Eastern part first floor; three windows on ground floor conservatory with ogee glass roof. Small pane glazed wall on plinth. Internally principal rooms have moulded cornices and dado rails. Staircase on elongated rectangular plan. Turned wood spindles, handrail narrow beaded with swept and wreathed corners.
