House, former barn. C17, brought by Sir Edwin Lutyens from Sussex in 1910 and
converted. Timber framed of thin scantling with render infilling and half-
hipped plain tiled roof. Two storeys, five framed bays with stack to rear
right. Leaded casement fenestration with three windows across the first floor
and dormer to rear. Door to centre in gabled porch.
