Cottage. C17 with C19 and C20 extensions to ends. Timber framed to centre with
whitewashed brick infilling, re-used timber cladding and whitewashed brick on
left hand extension, brick and tile extensions to right. Plain tiled roofs,
flat roof to right. Originally 3 bay centre chimney plan with bay added to left.
Two storeys, single storey to right, with central corbelled stack. Tension
bracing on former end bays first floor, now covered with tiles. Three, 3-light
diamond-pane windows on the first floor, three windows below. Gabled porch with
door in centre of old range with flanking lights, to lobby entry.
Interior:- Spiral stair to rear of lobby, old external wall to left now preserved
inside. A relatively unspoilt example of a modest house.
