7/87 Betchetts Green

II

Cottage. Late C16/Early C17 restored and extended in C20. Timber framed on brick
plinth with brick infill below and tile hung above. Whitewashed brick infill to
exposed frame on right hand return front, plain tiled roof. Two storeys with
double stack to left of centre and end stack to right. Three C20 casement windows
to first floor, two windows below. Stable door to left end, glazed door to right
of centre. Right hand return front:- Queen-post roof structure with arched
bracing on the first floor. Rear - small framed outshot, brick and tile hung wing
at right angles to main range.
