5/88 Waterlands Farm House
II

House. Late C17/C18 extended to ends in C20. Timber framed of thin scantling
exposed on return fronts with whitewashed brick infill, half-hipped plain tiled
roofs. T-shaped plan with wing at right angles to rear. Two storeys with C19
and C20 stacks to left and right of centre. Five windows across the first floor
including four top hung casements and one sash. Five windows on the ground floor
including one square oriel window. Continuous tiled hood over the ground floor
canted out on brackets. Door to centre in former chimney bay. Framed pentice to
left hand return front with small wing to rear, framed over underbuilt ground
floor with offset end stack.
