Cottage. C16 with C20 extension to right. Timber framed, clad in galleted Bargate sandstone rubble with brick dressings, brick extension to right, with frame of thin scantling exposed on left hand gable. Plain tiled roof. T-shaped plan with C20 wing projecting to right. Two storeys with moulded brick plinth, stringcourse and brick angle quoins, plat band over ground floor. Two first floor windows and two windows on ground floor with tile sills. Central C20 door up four steps in C19 gabled brick porch. C20 pentice to left with one window, one window on each floor of right hand gable under tile hoods. Offset C19 corbelled stack to rear.

Interior: frame exposed on ceilings and walls, deep fireplace on rear wall.
