Two cottages. Late C16 with later, C18 range at right angles. Old Mill Cottage
facing Wonham Lane:- Timber framed, clad in whitewashed roughcast with whitewashed
rubblestone below and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with first floor jettied out
on joist ends on right hand end. C19 stack to left end and H-section stack to
left of centre. C19 casement fenestration with six first floor windows of varying
sizes, five windows on ground floor, including one 4-light window to left. Door
to lobby entry left of centre under drip hood. Dillon Cottage facing the
street:- Jettied end of Old Mill Cottage to left with one window on each floor.
Painted brick with plain tiled roof and tile hung gable end to right. Two
storeys with two windows on each floor, those on the ground floor larger and
under cambered heads. Door to right of centre under small gable end, relieving
arch. Right hand return front:- door to right under flat hood on brackets.
Single storey range to right.
