Remains of Church, now a type of "baptistry". C15, remodelled in C19 by G. E. Street.
Flint rubble walls with ashlared arched entrance and rendered domed roof; now
foliage covered, rendered chamber. Arched two-step entrance with outer order
on half-round pier responds. Grave slabs on walls inside, old window surround to
rear. Squat octagonal font with foliated crucifix roundels on stem and 10 sided
plinth with gabled faces. Double spiked gates across the front. Placed over the
grave of the Revd Ferdinand Faithful.
