House. C16 with C20 extension to right and C19 extension to rear. Timber framed
on rendered plinth with whitewashed brick cladding below and tile hung above.
Frame exposed on first floor of left hand return front. Plain tiled roof, hipped
with end gablets. L-shaped plan with C19 wing to the rear. Two storeys with C20
stack to left of centre, C17 stack to right of centre and C20 stack to right. One
leaded casement window to outer ends of the first floor, half-hipped on-eaves
dormer to left of centre. Two leaded C20 casement windows to centre and left,
casement doors to right. 4-panel door to right of centre to lobby entry. Single-
storey hip-roofed extension to right end. Irregular leaded fenestration on rear,
brick, wing. Flat-lintelled throughway at junction with front range. Pentice to
end. Entrance porch in angle with front range.
Interior:- Stop-chamfered joists to ground floor ceiling frames. Windbracing and
jowled main posts visible on first floor. Some old oak floorboards survive.
