Cottage, remains of larger house. C16 and C17. Timber framed of thin scantling
with whitewashed brick underbuild, whitewashed brick infill on first floor and
slate roof. Two storeys; three framed bays, two bays raised on eaves to right.
Diagonal arch bracing to first floor and central stack to rear. Irregular
fenestration of one large, 4-light, and two smaller 2-light windows on the first
floor. One larger square window to ground floor left, smaller window to right
end in pentice extension. Part-glazed door to centre under gabled hood. Single
storey C19 brick range projecting to left with fixed shuttered window to end.
