Cottage. C17, refronted in C18. Timber framed, clad in brown and red brick below,
fishscale tile hanging above, canted out over the ground floor on braces; frame
exposed over sandstone rubble plinth on left hand return front with brick infill.
Plain tiled roof with fishscale tile hung gable end, bellcast over first floor. T-
shaped plan at right angles to street. Two storeys with corbelled stack to left of
centre. Three first floor leaded casements, three windows below. Door to left of
centre to lobby entry. Wing at right angles to rear, galleted sandstone below tile
hung first floor.
