II

Cottage. C17 with C19 extensions to left. Timber framed, clad in brown and
grey brick below, weatherboard above. Frame exposed with render infill on
right hand return front, whitewashed render cladding ground floor, tile hung
above on extensions. Plain tiled roofs stepping up to right. L-shaped plan
at right angles to street. Offset end stack to right, smaller rear end stack
on wing. Two storeys. One diamond-pane first floor and one ground floor
window to right; catslide extension in angle with gable end wing to right
containing further 5-light window and door in return wall under drip hood.
One diamond-pane window to first floor return wall of projecting wing, two
first floor windows on gable end; pentice to ground floor. Left hand return
front:- applied frame on ground floor, central gable. Fishscale tile hanging
on rear.
