GV II

Cottage. C18. White-painted handmade brick, red tiled roof; with flint and
weatherboard additions. Single-depth 2-unit plan with continuous rear outshut and
lean-to addition at right-hand end. Two low storeys and 2 bays; central doorway
with board door under small wooden canopy; each floor has a single-light
casement window to the left and a 2-light casement to the right, all with glazing
bars, and those at ground floor segmental-headed. Extruded chimney at right-
hand gable, covered by full-height lean-to with flint side wall and weather-
boarded front and rear. rear outshut under catslide roof. Interior not inspected.
Left end adjoins No.33 (q.v.).
