Mid C19 front to a possibly timber-framed building 2 storeys and attic. 2
window bays. Tile gabled roof; lower ridge than to No 3l. 2 boxed dormers
with 2-light-casements; leaded lattice glazing. Stuccoed front; eaves cornice.
On 1st floor, 2 segmental headed windows with moulded architraves; no glazing
bars. Late C19 to early C20 plate glass shop front on ground floor, large
in relation to building. Low modern tile stall-riser.

The Borough front of the Bush Hotel and Nos 29 to 44 (consec) form a group.
