Cl6-17, entirely rebuilt circa 1930 on road front. A single-gable front of
timber-frame with stucco infilling, oversailing at 1st and 2nd floor levels,
with modern loaded casements and small central angular bay on lst floor. Modern
shop on ground floor with 2 flat bows and central entrance, The back part
of this house was formerly part of No 40 (qv); an older rear range runs parallel
to the wing behind No 40. In the late 1870s, George Sturt's father, Francis
8turt, took up the tenancy here (See N Temple, "Farnham Buildings and People",
pages 26. and 27).

The Brorough front of the Bush Hotel and Nos 29 to 44 (consec) form a group.
