Paved garden walk, gate,
railings and gate piers

Paved walk approach to house from fine C18 wrought iron gate of square bars
in panels with additional dog rails, scroll panel side standards and elaborate
scroll pyramid overthrow; gate now set in pair of square modern brick posts
with stone capping and stone ball finials. Plain brick dwarf walls with capping
with plain brick piers with capping at angles; flanking side rails of the
late C18 scroll pattern remain, but are at present enclosed by a thick hedge.

All the listed buildings, with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Lowndes Buildings,
in Castle Street (West Side) form a group.
