No 29 C18 2 storey. Colour-washed stucco. Old tile roof. One window. 4
panes wide on lst floor and 5 panes wide on ground floor. 6-panel door to
right hand in surround of fluted pilasters and cut brackets supporting delicate
cornice broken forward over pilasters and pediment.
No 30 Late C18. 3 storey. Stucco on projecting plinth. String over 1st
floor windows. Slate roof; 2 windows to upper part. One window on ground
floor, and later door to left hand, 6-panelled in panelled reveal with architrave,
panelled pilasters, cut brackets, broken entablature an pediment.

All the listed buildings, with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Lowndes Buildings, in Castle
Street (West Side) form a group.
