Garden wall: North Side: Cl9 probably. Wall of red brick of varying heights;
highest adjoining No 33A whose tile roof and dentil eaves cornice is incorporated
into the wall. Further west, a section with bands of flint interspersed with
brick lacing courses. Towards south-west end, wall is lower and divided into
bays by brick pilasters; rendered coping.
No 33A is a small C19 house built against the south side of this wall, One
storey and 2 windows. Brick front. Tile roof. Brick dentil eaves. Cusped.
bargeboard to east gable end. To east of this, a smaller annexe recessed
back against wall, 1 door and 1 window.

All the listed buildings, with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Lowndes Buildings, in Castle
Street (West Side) form a group.
