Early C19 front to a timber-framed core. 2 storeys. Front of painted red
brick on painted stucco plinth. Slate roof. 3 windows, in architrave frames
but without glazing bars, on 1st floor. 2 similar windows on ground floor
and 4-fielded-panel door to right hand with plain rectangular fanlight in
surround of architrave and engaged Doric columns and entablature,

All the listed buildings, with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Lowndes Buildings, in Castle
Street (West Side) form a group.
