1860. Formerly the schoolmaster's and schoolmistress's house. Architect,
Colston of Winchester. 2 storeys, Facing east towards the school: 3 windows.
1 large projecting gable at right hand end with external chimney and one window
in returning wall. l large and 2 small gables to the south. Casement windows,
some with pointed trefoil heads. Stone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings.
Red tile roof, 2 gables to west front. Entrances in Church Passage. Recently
restored by the Farnham Trust.

The listed buildings in Church Passage, Churchyard, Upper Church Lane (North
West Side), Middle Church Lane, Lower Church Lane (West end) and Vicarage
Lane, form a group.
Also the listed buildings in Church Passage, and the boundary walls to Nos
13,14 and 15 West Street (in Church Passage) form a group.
