1830 front to older building. 2 storey. Yellow stock brick with stucco dressings. Moulded stucco plinth. Stucco string at 1st floor level. Moulded stucco projecting plinth and cornice, projecting over gables of front on pairs of console brackets; the angles are splayed. Brick parapet with moulded stucco coping raised over central bay. 3 windows on 1st floor with moulded stucco architraves and cornice, the central window with segmental arched head. 2 3-light windows on ground floor, similar architraves, some glazing bars, and 6-panel central door, arched fanlight of wrought-iron radiating Gothic pattern, in rectangular opening with panelled reveals, eared architrave, frieze and cornice, and set in a , wide splayed recess with chamfered stucco bonded quoins flanking doorway, 2 stone steps. Back has 3 small gables and 3 windows. C18 or earlier.
