Early C18. 2 storey attic and cellar. South front U-shaped. Chequer brick on chamfered plinth. Moulded and modillioned wood cornice. Hipped of tile roof. 5 dormers, 3 in centre part, small sashes. 4 Windows in central part with architrave frames on 1st floor. 2 early C19 French casements to left hand on ground floor, 4-panel early C19 door with 3-pane arched fanlight in surround of Doric pilasters heavy cut brackets, broken cornice and segmental arched pediment hood, and one C18 window to right hand of door. Right hand wing has 2 windows on 1st floor, formerly with good cast and wrought iron scroll pattern flower guards, and also has 2 tall arched windows down to floor level, on ground floor. The left hand wing has 2 tall windows on 1st floor, half-glazed door with 8-pane rectangular fanlight to right hand on ground floor, and small 1 storey extension with pent old tile roof across left hand section. Modern 1 storey extension to right hand ground floor window design.
C19 verandah across ground floor of central part. Wing at back of timber frame with brick infilling. Contemporary stair with twisted baluster and moulded handrail. This building has considerable character and would benefit from careful restoration.
