C19. 2 storeys. Red brick on projecting plinth, plain string at 1st floor level, brick dentil eaves. Old tile roof. Some with 1 window above, some (Nos 4, 5, 8, 9, and 12) with 2; formerly 2-light horizontal sliding sashes above which remain now only in Nos 4, 5 and 7. Formerly one 4-panelled flush door each in Nos 4 and 5; other doors altered. Graded II for group value.

Nos 3 to 17 (consec) and No 4A Downing Street form a group.
