Similar design to Nos 3 and 4, probably an alteration to an older cottage. The first floor is hinf with mathematical tiles. Roof half-hipped to ledt hand. Each has 1 2-light casement, dormer windows, right hand part in No.1 is leases; on the 1st floor, one 1 1/2 light casement window in No.2. 1 4-paned sash window each on groundfloor. Wooden boarded doors with flat hoods over; rendered projecting plinth. Small paired bracked eaves cornice.

The listed buildings in Middle Church Lane form a group in themselves and also with other buildings in and around the Churchyard, namely: those listed under Churchyard, Upper Church Lane (north-west side), Lower Church Lane (Westend), CHurch Passage and Vicarage Lane.
