Cottage. C16, possibly around a C16 core, with C18 bay to left and further extended in C19 and C20. Timber framed, exposed to rear with whitewashed brick and rubble infill, blue and red brick cladding to end extensions. Plain tiled roofs, extending in catslide over C20 extensions to front end. Two storeys, former rear elevation now entrance front. Massive sandstone block stack to front right and stack to left. One window to first floor and five C20 leaded windows to ground floor. Planked door to right, irregular leaded fenestration to rear.

Interior:- Some frame visible.
