GV II

House. C17. Red brick, colourwashed (now worn away) with plain tiled roof, hipped
to right. Galleted sandstone to right hand return front. Two storeys with plat
band over ground floor, deep eaves on metal brackets and front stack to left,
multiple rear ridge stack to right of centre. Three leaded casements to first and
ground floors, including one larger window to ground floor left of centre. Shallow
gabled porch with wide gable to right of centre under first floor window. Panelled
door, now half-glazed, under cornice, flat hood and with pilaster-strip surround.
Right hand return front:- two windows on each floor.
