Farmhouse. C16, C17, C18, C19 and C20. Timber frame with brick infill on rubblestone and brick plinths; red brick in Flemish bond; and galleted rubblestone with red-brick dressings. Plain tile roofs.

Two storey, two bay C16 range with bay added to north east end C17, and bay added to south west end early C18 to link this earlier range to the two storey, five bay early C18 range which faces south west, has a central, gabled, stair tower at rear, and a projecting one storey, one bay late C19 addition at right end.

South west (main) elevation: the C18 range is of brick in irregular Flemish bond. Five, C20, wooden cross windows under flat brick arches on each floor; plat band; cyma-moulded eaves; roof hipped at left end with central ridge stack and one at right end. C19 extension on right: of brick in Flemish bond; a tripartite sash window on each floor having segmental brick arches, keystones and imposts; hipped roof.

Left return: on right, return of C18 range has rubblestone plinth; a C20 window with flat brick arch to right on each floor; plat band and moulded eaves returned; and eaves stack at left corner. Earlier range, set back on left, is of four bays. The two central bays are the earliest, C16, part of the building, having timber frame with sole plate, mid-rail, wall posts arch-braced to wall plate and small square panelling; the left bay has ground floor replaced by C20 brick with two six-pane windows; the right bay has four-pane window inserted below eaves. Further left is the added C17 bay, having diagonal braces from lower to upper rails; and three-light, diamond-leaded, first floor window with central casement. The C18 link-bay, of brick, has three-light, diamond-leaded window set below mid-rail and stepped eaves.

Rear: the gabled stair tower is of galleted rubblestone having a four-light, diamond-leaded first floor window; corbelling below brick gable which has tie-beam, collar and bricked-up opening with bird-holes; in left return, a two-light leaded first floor window.

Full inspection and internal inspection not permitted at time of resurvey.
