House, now office. Probably early C18, altered C19 and C20. Coursed, squared
stone with red brick dressings; plain tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Brick
quoins, door and window surrounds and shallowly-stepped, 4-course platband;
dentilled eaves cornice. Doorway in bay 2 has 6-panel door (two upper panels
arched and glazed) in wooden architrave with panelled pilasters rising to
slightly-projecting, corniced entablature, the frieze with cusped edge. Windows
are sashes with glazing bars in flush wood architraves having projecting sills
and flat brick arches with later cusped boards to window heads. Hipped roof
with stacks to rear. Left return: on right, window as before with blind window
above; on left a board door and narrow 8-pane window each under segmental brick
arch.
