House, now cafe, wine bar and first floor flat at time of listing. Early C19, altered. Painted brick in Flemish bond; plain tile roof. Two storeys, three bays. C20 shop fronts with bowed small-pane windows and doors in sides of central internal porch with similar door at centre to flat. First floor: three sashes with glazing bars in reveals with cambered brick arches and projecting sills. Stepped dentilled eaves. Hipped roof.
