House. Mid C19. Coursed, squared Bargate stone with red-brick dressings; C20
concrete tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Brick quoins to angles and openings;
painted flat arches to openings. Symmetrical facade with door of 4 raised and
fielded panels under overlight, and sashes with glazing bars. Roof hipped, with
2 stacks to rear. Rear: brick quoins and surrounds; central doorway; windows as
front but with C20 bow window to left and C20 9-pane window to right on ground
floor; 2 hipped gables. Left return: two windows to each floor, as front.
Interior: straight-flight, open-string stair with stick balusters and handrail
with spiral curtail.
