Commercial premises. C18, possibly with earlier origins; later alterations, including shop front of c.1900. Stuccoed with plain tile roof; shop front of glazed blue tiles. Two storeys, two first floor windows; wing to rear left.

Shop front: full-width segmental archway with imposts, decorative spandrels and cow's head keystone is flanked by ribbed columns on plinths, the Ionic capitals incorporating cows' heads and supporting entablature with egg and dart cornice, central dentilled segmental pediment, and fascia board covering frieze and pediment. Within the archway is recessed shop door flanked by windows, the door recessed further with a fielded panel to base and glass above, the windows on plinths with canted inner returns, the right-hand window retaining glazing bars; continuous small-pane overlight, blocked; black and white tile pavement.

On first floor, two low small-pane casement windows, of two and three lights. Parapet.

Rear: old wing on right with altered fenestration, has lateral stack on left, dentilled eaves and hipped roof; C20 addition in angle with main range not of special interest.

Interior: a few old timber posts and beams.
