Cottage. C17, restored in C20. Timber framed with sandstone rubble and brick
infill, part galleted. Half-hipped plain tiled roof with catslide outshot to
rear. Two storeys. Four framed bays with diamond pane, leaded casement fenestration,
some windows in old surrounds with re-instated diamond mullions. 3 windows on first
floor, the outer ones 3-light, 3 windows to ground floor. One pair of casement doors
to left of centre. Two stacks to ridge, left of centre, and C20 stack to front
right. Main entrance now to rear in outshot with gabled stair turret to right.
