& 2 Malt House Cottages)

House. Mid C16. Timber framed, clad in brick below and tile hung above on former
entrance front, brick infill to remaining fronts, plain tiled roof,half-hipped to
right. Lobby entry plan with former entrance front facing the River Wey. Two
storeys, stack to left of centre, one casement window to first floor and 3 windows
below. Former door to left of centre, now blocked. New door to right end under
flat hood on braces.
Left hand return front:- Some stone infilling. Two windows on each floor. New
entrance front to rear.
