II

House. Late C16 with C17 and C18 extensions. Timber framed on rendered plinth
with whitewashed brick infill below and fishscale tile hanging above. Plain
tiled roofs, half-hipped to left. Entrance now to rear. Two storeys with
stacks to left and rear. Three diamond-pane casements to the first floor, 3
windows below. Tile hanging swept out over ground floor. Plank door to left.
Left hand return front (facing pond) - Two attic windows, rendered pentice
extension to left. Rear - wing to right with weatherboarded gable. Stack to
centre of ridge and tension braces on the first floor. C19 weatherboard
extension to left not of special interest.
