GV II

House. Circa 1700 with late C19 and early C20 extensions to left end. Timber
framed, refronted in red brick on sandstone rubble and block plinth, brown and
blue chequerwork brick to left, red brick extensions to rear. Plain tiled
roofs, half-hipped with four oversailing gables to front. Two storeys with
square C19 stack to right and rebuilt corbelled stack to left. Leaded casement
fenestration with six windows on the first floor under segmental heads. One
blocked panel to left and one blocked panel to right. Five windows on the
ground floor under similar heads. Similar blocked panels to ends. Stable
style door to right of centre (formerly in centre) with flat hood over. One
half-glazed door under cambered over-door to left. Further door in end of
wing set back to right under hipped porch hood.
Interior:- Wall framing in partitions and ceilings exposed.
