Estate cottage. Circa 1870. Galleted sandstone blocks with blue stone
patterning, rusticated red and blue brick dressings and banded tile hanging
above in fishscale and club patterning. Plain tiled roof. Cross shaped plan
with central four stacks placed diagonally on ridge plinth. Two storeys with
diamond panel in each of two bargeboarded front gables. One 2-light, diamond
tracery casement to first floor of each gable. Two angle bays to ground floor
to left and right of centre. Panelled and part glazed doors to left and right
in porch recesses with hip roof over on block-rusticated brick piers.
