Former Mill House. C16 to rear, early C19 front. Timber framed to rear with
whitewashed brick on ground floor of front range, tile hung above, some in
fishscale pattern. Red and blue chequerwork brick cladding to right hand return
end of front range plain tiled roof, hipped across front. T-plan with extension
to front forming "bar" of T. Two storeys with corbelled stacks to left and right.
Regular 3 window front with brick dentil eaves, 3 twelve-pane glazing-bar sash
windows to first floor and one 18-pane replacement glazing bar sash window to
ground floor right under gauged brick heads. Angle bay window to ground floor
left. Central 6-panel door under transome light and flat, ribbed lead, hood.
Right hand return front:- One sash window under gauged brick heads to each
floor on left. One 3-light casement window to each floor centre and two
segmental head ground floor windows to right.
Interior:- almost complete frame, much of it exposed.
