House, now divided and part shops. C17 with C19 and C20 shop fronts below.
Timber framed behind with stuccoed shop fronts on the ground floor, tile hung
above, and plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with attics in jettied gables.
Large stack to right of centre with rebuilt corbelled top. Large gable to
centre with a 3-light, diamond-pane leaded casement window on moulded sill, 4-
light square bay window to first floor under pentice hood on brackets below.
Single light window to left. Small square bay window under gable to first
floor left. Jettied smaller gable to right with 2-light window, larger window
below. Single storey shop fronts projecting to ground floor all with plate
glass windows and glazed doors recessed to centre.
Interior:- ceiling frame exposed in wine merchants.
