10/78 Broomhall


House. C16, with C19 and C20 extensions. Timber framed on brick plinth with
brick and cement infill below, painted weatherboard above to rear, tile hung
above to front. Plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with extensions to front and
rear. Corbelled stacks at junction of wings to right. Rear - one diamond-
pane first floor and one diamond-pane casement window to ground floor of gabled
projection. Right hand return front - tile hung over two diamond-pane leaded
casement windows. One diamond-pane casement window on each floor. Door in
left side of rear extension. Entrance front - hipped single storey extension
across the front with imitation framing.
