House. C16, with C17 and C20 alterations. Timber framed, clad in a mixture of puddingstone rubble, sandstone and brick. Steeply pitched plain tiled roof, hipped with end gablets. One storey and attics under three gabled dormers. Massive stack to left of centre, end stack to left. Three ground floor casement windows. Part glazed door to left of centre under gable hood on braces.

Rear: stack and buttressed rear wall.
