House. C16 extended and remodelled in C19. Timber framed and clad in brick
below, tile hung above with alternate bands of plain and fishscale pattern.
Roughcast, whitewashed, on gables with plain tiled roofs. Half-H shaped plan
with wing to left, at right angles to street. Large ridge stack to centre and
end stacks to right. Street front - one window on each floor with tile hanging
swept out over ground floor, further window to first floor left. Rear - two
windows on first and ground floors with central leaded hipped bay leaded. One
leaded window on each floor of two gabled ranges to right. Entrance front -
projecting end wings with one window on each floor. Porch recess in left hand
re-entrant angle. Stable door to porch extension on the ground floor of the
right hand wing.
