TQ 03NW DUNSFOLD C.P. OAK TREE LANE

GV II

House. C18. Colourwashed brick front range, red and brown brick to rear with
hipped plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with plat band over ground floor and
diagonal brick dentils to eaves. End stack to left. C20 casement fenestration
with three, 3-light windows to the first floor and two 3-light and one 2-light
windows to the ground floor under segmental hoods. Panelled and part glazed
door to centre. Single storey hipped roof range set back to right. Parallel
range to rear. Arched gate linking to C18 outhouse not of special interest to
right.
