with curved red tiles. Tiled roof. Eaves cornice. Glazing bars missing.
Doorway up 4 steps, wrought iron handrails, flat hood supported on brackets.

The Water Tower, Nos 1 to 5 (odd) and Nos 2 to 12 (even) form a group.
